Working with Other Charities

Andrea’s Gift is proud to work with eleven other UK brain tumour charities in the United Brain Tumour Campaign (UBTC). The twelve charities collaborate and work together to improve the general standard of care for all brain tumour patients and support the ethos of sharing information and resources. 

We also work with the International Brain Tumour Alliance, sharing information and support across the world.

All the charities are rallying the support of MP's, organising fundraising activities up and down the country, and engaging their local press and radio stations to promote awareness.

We also support the UBTC Parliamentary lobbying group of charities that is working so hard to make brain tumour patients and charity rights heard.  Organised by Sue Farrington Smith of Ali’s Dream and her MP John Bercow (Buckingham) have demonstrated what great progress can be achieved in a short space of time.

Andrea's Gift is also working with a new group that hopes to become another Yorkshire based brain tumour charity soon.  Levi's Star is founded in memory of six year old Levi Ringer from Wakefield.
